We are a non-profit, community-based organisation that aims to contribute to the community, economic, environmental, physical and social regeneration of the Norbury & Pollards Hill and Norbury Park Wards in South London.

Community land trusts (CLTs) are set up and run by ordinary people to develop and manage homes as well as other assets important to that community, like community enterprises, food growing or workspaces.

Our goals & activities
These include:
- Providing and managing housing (including social housing)
- Promotion of regeneration in areas of social and economic deprivation
- Provision of workspace, meeting spaces and community halls
- Provision and/or maintenance of a community-based shop
- Provision of other community resources and activities
- Provision, supply and maintenance of renewable forms of energy
- Protection of open spaces

Structure
The Trust is a not-for-profit organisation registered as a Community Benefit Society and consists of a Board and individual members.
The Board consists of volunteers from the local area:

Become a member
Membership is open to any individual over the age of 18 living, working or using facilities in our area of operation.
As a member you:
- Have a say in the direction of the Trust through voting at the annual general meeting on the Report of the Board
- Elect members to the Board
- Act as guardians of the objectives of the Trust and promote its interests
- Receive regular news and event information
- Participate as a volunteer in our community projects
